Gyms & leisure clubs
Self-serve coffee machines for gyms and leisure clubs
Where a coffee-to-go station fits
Consider a coffee point near reception or a social area where members already pause. Leisure centres should also assess spectators and accompanying parents, while checking how the station complements any existing café.
How to assess daily coffee demand
Build a forecast from actual visits and likely purchases, not the total membership count. Look at early-morning training, lunchtime sessions and evening classes separately, including quieter days and seasonal changes.
Space, access and installation
Protect check-in flow and access gates from drink queues. Consider spill risks near activity areas and whether members can carry hot drinks safely through the building. Confirm power, water and waste arrangements for the proposed spot.
Cleaning, refills and servicing
Assign cleaning and refill checks around the busiest classes. Agree where ingredients and cups will be stored and who reports faults. A self-serve station does not remove the need for daily care.
Which Coffee2Go concept should you consider?
Beanology offers illy On The Go, L'OR To Go and a customisable Beanology concept. Compare the drinks experience, installation needs, commercial agreement and support for your location. Brand preference alone does not establish the right machine or guarantee sales.
